What exactly do I get in the free trial?
The trial runs for 3 days and includes 2 sample downloads - pick any two resources in the library, download the PDFs and use them with your classes. You can browse everything else, search by topic and qualification, and preview what’s inside. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any point during it.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. Monthly memberships can be cancelled in one click from your account page and you’ll keep access until the end of the billing month. Annual and School memberships run for the year you’ve paid for; switch off auto-renewal at any time and your plan simply ends at renewal. There are no cancellation fees and nothing to phone up about.
Do the prices include VAT?
No - all our prices are ex VAT. Where VAT applies it’s added at 20%, so the School plan, for example, is £299 + VAT (£358.80 in total). Schools receive a VAT invoice itemising the subtotal and the VAT, which your finance office can process like any other supplier invoice.
Can my school pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. The School plan supports invoice and purchase-order billing - raise a PO with your finance team, send it to us, and we’ll invoice the school directly with 30-day payment terms. Book a demo and we’ll set it up. Individual Monthly and Annual plans are card-only.
What does the licence let me do with the resources?
Your membership licenses you to download, print and share resources with the students you teach - in class, on your school’s VLE, or as homework. What it doesn’t cover is redistribution: uploading resources to public websites, sharing them with teachers who aren’t members, or reselling them. On the School plan, every teacher in the department gets their own licensed account.
Which plans include Toolkit AI?
Toolkit AI - plain-English search and the AI lesson planner - is included on the Annual and School plans. The Monthly plan covers the full resource library with standard topic and qualification search.
Can I switch from Monthly to Annual later?
Any time. Upgrade from your account page and we’ll credit the unused portion of your current month against the annual price. Most members switch after a term once they’ve seen how often they use the library.
What happens to my downloads if I cancel?
Anything you’ve already downloaded and used in your teaching stays with you - we don’t reach into your school drive. Your licence to keep using the materials in class continues for resources downloaded while you were a member, but you’ll need an active membership to download anything new.
